Peas paratha

This is a very tasty stuffed paratha. Mine became a little dry, probably I should have added more ghee. For recipes of other stuffed paratha
Alu paratha

Ingredients
For making the dough
Wheat - 1 and 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2 tsp
Water - as required
Salt - for taste
For the stuffing
Peas - 1 cup (you can use fresh or dried, if using dried soak it overnight)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Onions - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
Method
Making the stuffing
Boil the peas using a electric rice cooker or in a vessel in pressure cooker. Don't put water. It should be dry. Mashed it using potato masher or a blender. Take oiloil a kadai. Add cumin seeds and allow it splutter. Add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped onions and saute it till golden brown. Add the mashed peas and green chillies. Add the coriander and garam masala powder. Saute it till the raw smell goes. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice.
Making the dough
In a large mouthed vessel, take wheat flour. Add ghee and salt for taste. Add water and make it into a soft dough. Rest it for half an hour. Cover it using a white cloth.
Making the paratha.
Make small sized balls from the dough. Rollit into a circle. Put the stuffing in the rolled dough and wrap it from all sides. Make it into  ball shaped again and roll it into circles.
Take a girdle (dosa tawa) and heat the paratha on both sides. Add ghee on both sides.
Serve hot with curds and pickle
