Palak poori

Palak poori - A good lunch box recipe. Poori is made using dough made with spinach puree. This is tastier than the regular poori and a good way to make children eat dpinach. You may also like recipe of Palak paratha
Palak - 200 gms
Green chilli - 3 to 4
Ginger - 1 inch
Wheat atta - 1 and half cup
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Salt - for taste
Method
First boil water and blanch the palak leaves. Drain all the water and put this in a blender. Also add green chillies and ginger and make puree of this. Don't add much water.
In a large bowl, take the wheat atta, ajwain, salt for taste and 1 tsp of ghee. Add the pureed mix of palak, green chillies and ginger. Make it into a smooth dough. ( It should be same liked the chapati dough. You can add water if needed)
Take a small portion of the dough, make it into a small ball and roll it into circular pooris.
Deep fry it in oil. Serve hot with pickle or boodi raita or potato palya
